SAMPLE RUSSIAN MENU:
Borsch - A traditional soup with vegetables,
meat, herbs and spices and served with bread.
Ploff - Diced pork, rice, onion, carrot, garlic and spices.
Dalma - Marinated pork and beef mince, onion and garlic, wrapped in vine
leaves.
Galopsee - Minced meat, onion, garlic and spices, marinated and then
wrapped in vegetable leaves served in a marinade of onion, tomato, carrot and
species.
Adjap Sandal - Lamb, onion, carrot, potatoes, tomatoes, aubergine and
spices cooked in layers.
Slatky Blini - Sweet fruits wrapped in pancakes and served with cream and
a dusting of fine sugar.
